All self catering guests have full access to the hotel, its grounds and beautiful gardens as well as their own private outdoor spaces and can be assured of our exacting attention to detail that is carried throughout Tiroran House Hotel (all cottages have free wi-fi)

As our cottage guests it is very convenient for dining at the hotel or enjoy a morning coffee, a Whitetail gin and tonic, afternoon tea or a bite to eat in the early evening in the neighbouring fully licensed coffee shop

We can organise a welcome pack of groceries etc (please give us a weeks notice) for your arrival and should you like a price list of what is available, just let us know

1) The Steadings Main House – AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 2019 – 4/5 bedrooms (sleeps maximum of 10) Main House

Large impressive barn conversion – The Steadings Main House forms part of a 3 sided property incorporating the Whitetail Gin & Coffee Shop & Store and the Steadings Cottage – and a stones throw from the Gin Distillery and the Hotel and grounds

Situated directly behind the hotel and within very easy walking distance of the hotel, and next door to the Steadings Main House and the licensed Whitetail coffee shop – a 3 bedroomed cottage, one twin, one double and one king – large family bathroom with bath and hand shower upstairs, large kitchen/dining room with log burning fire and comfy living room, small enclosed garden area and easy parking

3) Woodland Cottage – 2 bedrooms (sleeps maximum of 4) AVAILABLE JANUARY 2019

A delightfully classic stone built cottage beside and between Tiroran House and the Steadings properties, lovely views and full access to Tiroran House, its gardens and private beach (easy access to the coffee shop and distillery, private outside seating) Large living/dining room with log burning stove, equally large downstairs master bedroom and smaller single (suitable for one adult or 2 small children (extra z bed) ensuite bathroom with overhead shower – A new kitchen will be completed winter 2018/19

                  

      

 

4) Granny’s Cottage – one bedroom (sleeps maximum 2) AVAILABLE JANUARY 2019

A delightful location adjacent to Tiroran House and overlooking the front of the hotel, grounds, loch and hills – Lovely living, dining and kitchen space, king bedroom and large shower room (no bath) outside seating and parking are extremely convenient and the cottage has full access to all parts of the hotel, shop and distillery areas

Work will be completed winter 2018/19 and more photos will follow

            

5) Seabank Cottage – AVAILABLE NOW 2 bedrooms (sleeps maximum 3)

A beautiful stone built Victorian cottage located about 5 minutes walk to the hotel –  Seabank Cottage nestles in a stunning arm chair location beside the sea and with equally stunning views across the loch and the mountains of Mull,  ideal for eagle and otter spotting, and because the cottage is so close to the shore, it is ideal for kayaking too – easy access to the hotel, grounds and gardens

A superb cottage for couples who want to escape from it all or equally suitable for 3 people

Large living room with log burning stove, turning left to a beautifully big double aspect super king bedroom overlooking the water.  Turn right for the  single bedroom, large well equipped dining kitchen (overlooking the loch) and bathroom with overhead shower

The garden is completely enclosed for the safety of your child or pets, and the quiet single track road leads directly to the hotel (and coffee shop which is a 10 minute walk)
